It appeared that many people purchasing homes were unable to thoroughly examine the components of the home themselves. Many buyers were moving into homes and facing thousands of dollars in repairs because of defects that would have been discovered during an inspection. With over twenty years experience in all areas of residential construction, I can easily identify deficiencies. I can also determine the severity of problems and advise you on how to proceed.
